This is a Little Characters design. This onesie really makes me laugh. It's a great parody: it says, "Extreme Makeover: Sukkah Edition" with a logo that is extremely similar to the television show's, but it has some details from a sukkah drawn over the letters. The designer, Low Schmaltz has a lot of clever designs for the whole family.
